By accessing or using the SportLink platform ("Platform"), operated by SportLink Group (Pty) Ltd ("SportLink", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

SportLink provides a digital platform that connects communities through sport by enabling users to discover sports events, connect with clubs and organisations, and access sports-related products and services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SportLink. Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by SportLink Group (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. SportLink is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of such third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, SportLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of KwaZulu-Natal.
